Had another Welsh in the wild experience last week, this time with me starting things off...
I was in Macquarie shopping centre, when a guy wearing a red shirt (with the dragon and 'Cymru' written on it) walked the other direction.
So I went through the whole mental thing in my head - "Ooh a Welsh person, I should probably ask if he speaks Welsh and see how it goes, but that could be weird just saying "helo!" to someone I don't even know-"
Then I bottled out as we walked past each other

So I thought to myself "Nevermind, we'll write that one off, I highly doubt I'll ever bump into the guy again, but if i do I WILL say something in Welsh to him!"
Then 5 minutes later I see the guy again - Time to swallow my words!
Me - "Bore da!"
Cymro -

Me - "Um... Bore da..?"
Cymro "

Me - "Wyt ti'n siarad Cymraeg?"
Cymro (in full-on Aussie twang) - "Nah mate."
