Well done on using your welsh while visiting Wales!! Llongyfarchiadau! :clap: Getting out there any having conversations, no matter how short, was the hardest part of learning Welsh for me for so long! I'm really pleased to hear that you've jumped in with both feet!!

:lol: I think that's probably my favourite Welsh in the Wild story yet. Your accent and confidence are obviously spot on - most Welsh speakers will spot a learner a mile off, and give them some encouraging words before turning to English, but you are obviously not "a learner", you are a Welsh speaker with a somewhat limited vocabulary.

The SSiW mantra: "Don't worry. If you say something slightly different to me, people will just think you are from a different area / village / street / family to them, or more likely not notice at all!"
